Ever heard the one about the Stand-Up Comedian,who
is a single parent with a child with Down's Syndrome. Know
the guy? It's Freddy Hernandez!, an all around Comic, who is
a retired School Teacher, Coach and Counselor. Freddy is also
a retired Adult Probation Officer. Freddy is in Private Practice
as a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and
Family Therapist and a Certified Sports Therapist. He is also
a Team Sports Therapist for a Professional Hockey team. Freddy
travels throughout the Country doing Stand-Up and Motivational
Speaking He has made several appearances and performed with many
Showtime, HBO, Galavision, and Mun 2. Comedians. Currently, Freddy
is a regular at River Center Comedy Club, which is his Home based
Club in San Antonio, Texas. If you think you know what Freddy
is all about, you’ve got a lot more to think about. As
a Comedian, Musician and Humanitarian he is a man who has enough
talent, humor and intelligence to do just about anything. Freddy
draws material from his family and his own life experiences.
He remains strongly rooted in the Latino Community and works
with Civic and Educational groups, hosting numerous Charity Events.
