Flako, born Corey demonde Spearman is one of the greatest examples of the American dream. Having a hard life being raised by his grandmother due to his mother passing away at an early age has Helped him develop the discipline to do what ever he wants to do in life and focus on that dream.
His first eye opener was when he had the chance to join the marching band in junior high school. That Experience made him realize that music was something he wanted to do fulltime in life. After graduating high school flako decided to pursue a musical career behind the scenes as a producer and engineer, creating beats and Studio recording from time to time. Working with several local artist in the local Houston area also helped him gain The experience needed for him to later find himself as an artist. March 20th 2005 he made up his mind to go full fledged As an artist, with funds being low, he took his skills as a producer and created his own beats and recorded himself.
After recording many different type and styles of songs he knew there was something still missing, so he went to the Only place that clears his mind, the club. There he watched what make people move and keeps there attention, he took that And ran to the studio with it which gave him the style he has today. Flakos music consist of nothing but club banging Music. “My goal in music is to give the people an album that they can listen to all the way thru, I don’t believe in album Fillers”. With that in mind, he has created and still in the process of finishing an album that makes u want to move from Start to finish. His first single entitled YEP is soaring through the night life as we speak and headed to the top. For the rest Its all history in the making.
